Job Purpose
The Executive, People & Culture supports recruitment coordination and HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR records, tracking candidates, and assisting in onboarding and general HR operations.
Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Work Location - 61 Ubi Avenue 2, Automobile Megamart, Singapore 408898
Duties and responsibilities
1) Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements
2) Screen resumes and liaise with candidates regarding interview scheduling and hiring updates
3) Maintain and update recruitment trackers accurately on a daily basis
4) Record and organize all candidate resumes and hiring documents systematically
5) Coordinate with hiring managers on interview availability and manpower requirements
6) Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, onboarding forms, and staff records
7) Maintain proper filing and documentation of employee records in both physical and digital formats
8) Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave records, probation confirmations, and contract renewals
9) Support day-to-day HR administrative duties and ensure compliance with company policies
10) Handle general administrative tasks and provide operational support to the HR department when required
Requirements
1) Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
2) Prior HR or recruitment experience will be advantageous
3) Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
6) Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in HR functions
