Job Summary

Manage and coordinate daily logistics facility operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Lead maintenance, stakeholder communication, team supervision, and data-driven performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of logistics facilities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of warehousing infrastructure and equipment to sustain operational readiness
  • Liaise promptly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
  • Supervise and train warehouse personnel to develop their skills and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estate management or facility operations, preferably in logistics
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems to manage operations
  • Familiarity with warehouse management best practices and safety regulations
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in logistics, facility management, or related fields are advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering collaboration
