Position: District Sales Manager - Industrial B2B Solutions
Role summary: Lead district sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets, territory coverage and high customer satisfaction. Own territory planning, forecasting, team development and execution of business plans while supporting technical service delivery and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute district sales strategy, territory design, forecasts, budgets and manpower plans.
Lead, coach and develop district/territory representatives and service personnel manage performance and training.
Drive new business development, major‑account pursuits and distributor coordination negotiate commercial terms and construct sales proposals.
Manage sales and technical service delivery for product portfolio act as consultative advisor to customers.
Subdivide territory, assign reps, set district targets and monitor results maintain CRM pipeline and prepare periodic sales reports.
Conduct market research, cold outreach and customer visits to identify opportunities monitor competitor activity and report trends.
Deliver customer seminars/workshops and represent the company at client meetings and KPI reviews.
Oversee sales incentive alignment and monitor payments against performance.
Provide input to district business plans and coordinate execution with regional leadership.
Reporting & Team:
Reports to Regional Sales Manager.
Manages district field and service teams works closely with distributors and cross‑functional support (operations, technical service, finance).
Key Requirements:
10-15 years B2B/industrial sales experience with team leadership and territory management.
Proven track record in quota delivery, account management and distributor/channel coordination.
Strong people management, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical aptitude to support consultative selling and service discussions.
Degree in business, engineering, science or related discipline.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting and business planning.
Preferred:
Experience in industrial/process services, technical products or related B2B sectors.
Experience running customer workshops and managing service teams.
