Our client is building out an ERM function and currently seeking a seasoned risk professional to join them.
Role
Reporting to the CFO and managing a lean team, you will be responsible for enterprise-wide risk management, which includes enhancing the established ERM framework, methodologies and tools, in partnership with risk owners in monitoring and reporting. You will develop relevant business process/models and ensure business stakeholders have risk management top of mind and reflected in daily business operational decision making, On an ongoing basis, you will also continue to review and design operating guidelines, policies and relevant risk mitigation tactics to improve the overall risk management capabilities of the organisation.
Requirements
Ideally you have a minimum of 10 years solid experience in risk management where you have led teams in global organisations. You are seasoned in risk management principles, frameworks, methodologies that are current and relevant in this climate. You have a proven track record of enhancing the risk appreciation and application by business stakeholders within the organisations you have been in. Whilst strategic in thought, you also bring forth analytical, operational and practical risk management solutions in solving complex risks exposures. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept and effective in senior stakeholder engagement.
