We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong real estate industry experience to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and support property sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with real estate lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, CRM, and performance analytic. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects. 2.Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and relevant real estate platforms. 3. Generate high-quality property leads and optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI. 4.Manage digital campaigns for new property launches, project promotions, inventory sales, and brand-building activities. 5.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic. REQUIRED SKILLS: 1.4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. 2.Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects/properties. 3.Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. 4. Experience with real estate lead-generation campaigns and sales funnels. 5.Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and remarketing.
