You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet expectations, and continuously refining the applications to support evolving business objectives. Your role is pivotal in transforming business needs into functional software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating CRM solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM applications.
- Familiarity with data management and workflow automation within CRM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application design.
