Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
Monitor project progress, schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of works.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Review construction drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to site personnel.
Manage and control project costs, materials, and manpower utilization.
Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders on project matters.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and safety regulations.
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
