About the Role

This role is responsible for driving strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and programme development initiatives that support the growth and adoption of innovative healthcare services. You will lead integrated communications across internal and external platforms, develop compelling content, and strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations, and key stakeholders

The position also plays an important role in enhancing programme visibility, supporting leadership communications, and delivering campaigns that promote patient engagement and awareness while contributing to future service expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and campaigns across internal, external, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across communications materials, engagement initiatives, and partnership activities.
  • Create strategic storytelling and campaigns that promote patient-centred models of care and increase stakeholder awareness.
  • Provide communications advisory and support to programme leads and internal stakeholders on key initiatives and organisational priorities.
  • Produce high-quality content including speeches, presentations, newsletters, publicity materials, thought leadership articles, and digital communications.
  • Support leadership messaging, speaking engagements, media opportunities, and programme narratives.
  • Monitor communications performance and evaluate campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate communications initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders while ensuring alignment of messaging and objectives.
  • Support engagement activities with healthcare providers, community organisations, and institutional partners.
  • Plan and organise forums, events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives to strengthen collaboration and programme awareness.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement materials and partnership communications.
  • Create patient-facing communications and educational materials to enhance patient understanding and experience.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve patient communication touchpoints and service delivery.
  • Develop campaigns and stories that highlight patient journeys, outcomes, and programme impact.
  • Support communications planning for new service initiatives, programme expansion, and future models of care.
  • Identify communications opportunities and potential risks while recommending strategies to strengthen programme adoption and engagement.
  • Coordinate project timelines, vendors, and communications deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Track communications metrics and prepare reports to support performance evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable communications processes and operational systems to support organisational growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, branding, partnerships, or related fields.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Organised, adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Digitally proficient with experience in social media platforms and content management.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Healthcare industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
