Project Manager - Commercial Project
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across India. The role involves overseeing planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage end-to-end site execution.
- Team Leadership: Supervise site supervisors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and workmanship standards.
- Budget & Procurement: Control project costs, manage vendor contracts, and oversee procurement processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong client relationships, provide regular updates, and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and implement corrective measures to avoid delays or overruns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in managing commercial projects (retail, office, hospitality, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera) and CAD/SketchUp.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian building codes, safety norms, and vendor management practices.
