Business Process Analyst (Travel & Expense)

Our Team

We are part of the Global Travel & Expense (T&E) team, providing centralized support for business travel, corporate card, expense management, audit, and compliance across Koch companies, joint ventures, and investments. We partner with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and support corporate travelers and cardholders.

What You Will Do

  • Understand and apply T&E processes and global policies across business units
  • Support onboarding of corporate card programs within APAC
  • Manage corporate card requests (applications, terminations, credit limit changes) and inquiries
  • Coordinate KYC requirements and maintain program governance (authorized officers, administrators)
  • Respond to T&E-related queries, including expense submissions, reimbursements, and policy interpretation
  • Assist employees with business travel-related inquiries and booking issues
  • Manage delinquency processes and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Drive process improvements through automation, simplification, and standardization
  • Conduct T&E audit reviews, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Escalate exceptions where required and provide guidance to employees

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Effective communication skills across diverse and multicultural audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • 3-5 years of experience in T&E, finance, or related function
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to automation and analytics tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx)
  • Additional language skills (Japanese or Korean) are advantageous to support regional collaboration with stakeholders in Japan and/or Korea
