We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bengaluru. The role will play an important part in strengthening our financial planning, reporting and compliance functions and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

The candidate will work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, improve business visibility and ensure that financial activities are aligned with the company's growth objectives.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare MIS, management reports and financial analysis
• Drive monthly/quarterly financial reporting and business performance reviews
• Support investor reporting, MIS and documentation
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and business performance
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Ensure financial, statutory and regulatory compliance
• Work closely with business, operations and leadership teams on financial planning
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and performance metrics
• Support process improvement and strengthen financial controls as the company scales

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Reporting or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and financial statement management
• Good understanding of MIS, financial analysis and business reporting
• Hands-on experience in investor MIS and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of finance, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in a manufacturing company or early-stage/startup environment is preferred
• CMA / CA preferred; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Finance
• Immediate joiners preferred
