We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate to join a growing team working in the assistive mobility solutions space.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 1–3 Years

Role: Business Development Associate

Industry: Assistive Mobility Solutions/ Automobile Automation Industry

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive sales for mobility solutions, including car modifications, wheelchairs & ramps
• Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals & cold calling
• Build strong B2B & B2C client relationships
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Manage CRM, sales pipeline & monthly/quarterly targets
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔ Excellent relationship-building abilities

✔ Proactive, target-oriented & ownership-driven mindset

✔ B2B / institutional sales experience is a plus

✔ Willingness to travel
