Job Description
The Global CLM Platform is a multi-year program built in-house and includes processes like Partner and Account opening, KYC, Lead & Prospect Management, Client Investment Profile, Periodic Client Reviews, Client Risk Management and Document Management, in accordance with global business needs and local regulations.
The Business Analyst for the Global-CLM implementation will be responsible for the derivation of business requirements that are feasible to be integrated into the global CLM application. This requires coordination with business stakeholders as well as gaining a profound understanding of structures, the organisation's business and operating model, and the applicable regulatory requirements.
Successful candidates have previous experience of implementing Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management processes and platforms, possess technical knowledge of CRM applications, an innovative mindset, are accomplished business analysts for medium to large projects. They are able to deal with ambiguity, drive for results, demonstrate courage and possess good decision quality. They are able to work with stakeholders remotely, create strong relationships and work effectively with scrum teams in Singapore, Switzerland, and Europe.
Delivery Responsibilities:
Analyse needs and issues of the organisation or business domain
Specify and document new business processes or systems
Feasible integration of the business processes and needs into technical solutions (considering time and budget constraints) that enable the Scrum team to meet its objectives
Align with (senior) business stakeholders to understand structures, the organisation's business and operating model, and the applicable regulatory requirements
Validate the fulfilment of business requirements by elaborating test cases, test procedure and user acceptance testing
Ensure appropriate involvement of relevant business stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle

Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams
Professional and Technical:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects and preferably with 10 or more years of relevant working experience
