Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent solutions across functions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, campus drives, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Proactively engage talent for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Provide hiring managers with timely feedback on candidate evaluation and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
Campus & Employer Branding:
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives for interns, trainees, and entry-level talent.
- Support employer branding activities to enhance talent attraction and engagement.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports including weekly hiring updates.
- Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and pipeline health.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
