Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent solutions across functions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, campus drives, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
  • Proactively engage talent for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Provide hiring managers with timely feedback on candidate evaluation and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.

Campus & Employer Branding:

  • Lead campus recruitment initiatives for interns, trainees, and entry-level talent.
  • Support employer branding activities to enhance talent attraction and engagement.

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports including weekly hiring updates.
  • Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and pipeline health.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
