As a key member of the , you will support the strategic expansion of HPB's frailty and falls prevention programmes across multiple community sites while ensuring operational excellence and programme effectiveness.
You will oversee fitness instructor management and training programme adequacy, ensuring all instructors are well-versed in programme protocols and maintain implementation standards.
You will monitor key performance indicators while scaling programmes effectively across sites, and conduct comprehensive programme effectiveness assessments to validate outcomes and drive continuous programme improvement. You will be responsible for tracking and analysing participation rates, engagement metrics, and programme performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure programme fidelity during scaling operations.
You will work with community partners and stakeholders to ensure sustainable programme delivery at scale.You will manage customer care functions, addressing public inquiries, feedback, and concerns to enhance user experience and programme satisfaction.
[What we are looking for]
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 1 - 3 years of working experience in programme management, health promotion, or training and development.
