· Possesses strong business acumen and the ability to formulate and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.
· Proven track record of leading teams and managing business functions, with at least 5 years of progressive management experience.
· Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders, with strong capabilities in negotiation, conflict management, and problem resolution.
· Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of making well-informed decisions with confidence and independence.
· Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
The Job
· Drive the overall commercial success and strategic direction of a portfolio of luxury brands across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment between brand objectives and regional business goals.
· Serve as the primary liaison with brand principals, fostering strong partnerships and acting as the key escalation point for critical business matters and strategic discussions.
· Develop and execute growth strategies that balance brand equity, market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability across the region.
· Lead and oversee regional marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, digital campaigns, public relations, events, and consumer engagement activities to strengthen brand presence and market performance.
· Assume full accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and P&L oversight to drive sustainable business results.
· Direct the wholesale and commercial operations across established and emerging markets, identifying new business opportunities, expanding distribution networks, and enhancing market penetration.
· Formulate and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales performance, strengthen retailer partnerships, and optimize brand visibility.
· Oversee supply chain and inventory management functions, ensuring effective demand planning, inventory optimization, product allocation, and timely product availability across multiple markets.
· Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across the region, fostering a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, resilience, innovation, and operational excellence.
· Partner closely with human resources on talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives to build a strong and sustainable workforce.
· Ensure seamless collaboration across commercial, marketing, finance, supply chain, and people functions to achieve business objectives and deliver operational excellence.
