Responsibilities
. Support the operations team by ensuring accurate timesheet processing, billing preparation, calculations, data consolidation, and other document preparation.
. Consolidate and validate timesheets submitted by employees and contractors.
. Verify billable man-days/man-hours and ensure supporting information is accurate and complete.
. Perform billing-related calculations based on established guidelines and contracts.
. Prepare and generate billing support documents, reports, and client-specific templates.
. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
. Maintain and update records, databases, and trackers.
. Perform data entry and data validation activities.
. Follow up with stakeholders on missing or inconsistent information.
. Prepare periodic operational reports and summaries.
. Support process improvement, AI initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
. Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
. 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operations support, billing administration, or data processing roles.
. Proficient in Microsoft office tools, Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
. Ability to work with large datasets and perform accurate calculations.
. Good organizational and time management skills.
. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
. Strong communication and coordination skills.
. Experience in timesheet administration, reporting, data/digitalization management, AI-enabled process will be an advantage.
. Meticulous and detail oriented.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. High level of accuracy in data handling.
. Proactive and responsible.
. Team player with a positive attitude.
Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 6 months agency contract employment.
