Role Description:

We're looking for a dynamic Asset Origination Associate / Manager to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping the next wave of Real World Asset (RWA) innovation.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Asset Origination Director and work closely with the Founder & Group CEO, collaborating across our core teams in Singapore and Hong Kong. You'll be at the forefront of our mission to bring real-world assets on-chain, driving our RWA listing strategy and Go-to-Market roadmap.

Your work will span deal structuring, pre-listing due diligence, post-listing monitoring, and market research, ensuring that every asset we onboard meet the highest standards of compliance and market readiness. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a rapidly evolving space where traditional capital markets meet Web3 innovation.

We are open to candidates at both Associate and Manager level, and will calibrate responsibilities based on experience, technical capability, and leadership maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate, evaluate, and structure new assets for potential listing on our licensed exchange.
• Collaborate with the business team to craft go-to-market strategies and integrate assets into the DeFi ecosystem.
• Support/lead the end-to-end listing process, including due diligence and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and technology teams to bring real-world assets on-chain.
• Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including asset managers and Web3 projects.
• Research and execute origination strategies, including market analysis, deal sourcing, and investor education.
• Stay ahead of trends in traditional capital markets and decentralized finance.
• Assist in preparing investment materials, internal memos and asset summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor listed assets post-launch, including performance updates, issuer communication and ongoing market developments
• Stay informed on trends in traditional capital markets, private credit, funds, tokenization and decentralized finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, capital markets, investment management, consulting, or a transaction execution role.
• Strong foundation in capital markets, private credit or investment management is preferred.
• Familiarity with DeFi and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Multilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, given the cross-border nature of the role.
