Job Title: Azure Production Support

Experience: 4+ years

Job Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Work Mode: Work form office (5 Days)

• 4+ years of experience in Application Production Support / Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Hands-on experience with Kafka / Confluent Kafka.
• Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting production incidents independently.
• Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus or PagerDuty.
• Good knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with incident management, RCA and ticketing systems.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Shell.
• Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts.

Note: Candidates without AKS, Kafka, or Linux experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they have strong Application Production Support and troubleshooting experience.
