Job Description

  • #Responsibilities

    • Manage full set of accounts and oversee the entire range of manufacturing functions, preparing monthly audit schedules , management reporting and ensure timely month-end and year end financial closing

    • Oversee all financial operations, AR, AP & GL processes including monitor cash flows and projections

    • Oversee quarterly GST submission and timely tax filing to ensure compliance
      (负责监督季度 GST 申报及按时提交税务申报,确保符合相关法规要求)

    • Perform accounting for inventory management, including valuation methods, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials, WIP and finished goods
      (负责库存管理相关会计处理,包括库存估值方法及对账流程,确保原材料、在制品及成品的记录准确)

    • Experience in system implementation and recommend process improvements
      (具备系统实施经验,并能够提出流程优化及改进建议)

    • Experience in managing banking facilities , such as AR financing and performing trust receipt

    • Manage external audit processes, ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies

    • Lead and support the finance team junior staffs in executing day-to-day financial operations

    • Work closely and support cross-functional team coordination and alignment on finance processes

    • Review on employees reimbursement claims

    Relevant Work Experience

    • Candidates with relevant work experience in securities investment, private equity, family office, venture capital, or related fields will be given priority consideration.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Must be familiar with Singapore and Malaysia tax matters and full-set accounting, including Corporate Tax, GST / SST, Withholding Tax, and other relevant tax requirements
      (必须熟悉新加坡和马来西亚的税务和全盘会计,包括 Corporate Tax、GST / SST、Withholding Tax 等相关事项)

    • Possess full-set accounting experience and be able to independently handle daily accounting entries, quarter closing, year-end closing, financial reporting, and preparation of tax-related documents
      (具备全盘会计经验,能够独立完成从日常账务到季度结、年结、报表及税务资料准备)

    • Must be capable of completing full-set accounting without relying on accounting software, including the use of Excel or manual methods to handle bookkeeping, general ledgers, trial balance, financial statements, and tax documentation
      (必须具备不依赖会计软件完成全盘会计的能力,能够使用 Excel 或手工方式完成账务处理、分类账、试算表、财务报表及税务资料整理)

    • Familiar with Singapore company accounting, taxation, audit procedures, and compliance requirements.
      (熟悉新加坡公司会计、税务、审计流程及合规要求)

    • Familiar with Malaysia company accounting, taxation, or cross-border financial handling will be preferred
      (熟悉马来西亚公司账务、税务或跨境公司财务处理经验者优先)

    • Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and valuation methods
      (熟悉金融市场、金融工具及估值方法)

    • Good communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
      (具备良好的沟通、演示及报告撰写能力)

    • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
      (注重细节,能够独立工作,也能良好地进行团队协作)

    • Excellent ability to interpret financial data of listed companies and analyze industry development trends
      (具备出色的上市公司财务数据解读能力及行业发展趋势分析能力)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Master's degree, Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
      (拥有硕士学位,或会计、金融、经济学及相关专业的本科学位。)

    • Those with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA and relevant are preferred
      (持有 ACCA、CPA等专业资格者优先考虑。)

    • Possess good communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay, and be able to handle basic documents in Chinese, English, and Malay.
