Account Manager

Salary: SGD 3,200 - SGD 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Location: Tanjong Pagar, mrt

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

5-day work week

Weekends and Public Holidays Off

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop and manage corporate client relationships while supporting business growth within a corporate services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads
• Manage client onboarding, account opening, and related documentation
• Coordinate KYC and compliance processes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing support
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
• Contribute to business development and revenue growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B Sales and/or Account Management
• Experience in corporate services, professional services, or related industries is preferred
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, and client onboarding processes is an advantage
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
