We are a dynamic group focused on delivering the best food delivery experience for our users. We work with restaurants, delivery partners, and customers to ensure that everyone has a seamless experience. The team is involved in different aspects, including partnerships with restaurants, logistics for delivery, customer service, and marketing.
2. GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:
- You will manage and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with our SMB merchants (restaurant partners), ensuring their success on the company platform.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a primary contact for assigned SMB restaurant partners, providing guidance to promote their performance on the company platform.
- Analyze account performance data and develop strategies to increase order volume, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with SMB restaurant partners to address concerns, share insights, and identify growth opportunities.
- Weekly go see the offline restaurant to explore about market intelligence, competitor review, on-ground activities.
- Collaborate with other teams including MKT, Planning, Ops, Drivers to resolve issues and implement new projects that enhance the company platform experience for both restaurants and customers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to restaurant partners and team members.
- Develop relationships with main decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reports and recommendations to both our teams and restaurant partners.
4. REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, or related field in Account Management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or a related role in the food delivery or e-commerce industry
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
- Experience digging into prospects pain points and validating the issues they're facing at all levels
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
- Knowledge of food delivery industry trends and best practices
- Understanding of local food culture and preferences in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
5. SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Salary: 9,600,000 gross/month
- Incentive by Quarter (the 2nd month of the next quarter): around 1 month salary
- Service Voucher: 300,000 /month
- 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
