Job Description

Location: Central

Salary: Up to $2600

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments and follow up on resolutions.
  • Support administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
