Position Description

You will own the company's content and organic growth: writing blog posts, building out website pages for our services, and continuously improving the site for both traditional search (SEO) and AI-powered search (GEO). Your ultimate goal is to make the company the trusted answer when prospects search for help, and to turn that visibility into qualified inbound leads.

Your responsibilities include:

Write blog posts, long-form guides, and technical articles for founders, CTOs, and product teams, building topical authority around our services.
Turn service positioning and key messages from management (e.g. our AI-built app rescue service) into complete web pages, working with designers, engineers, and stakeholders from brief to launch.
Plan each page's structure (sections, order, key message) and deliver a content wireframe with copy for designers, applying conversion best practices for hero, social proof, objections, and CTAs.
Audit and improve existing pages for SEO (keywords, search intent, on-page, internal links, schema markup), and work with Engineering on technical SEO and site speed.
Optimize content for AI search such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews (GEO): answer-first structure, FAQs, original insights, and presence on third-party sources.
Generate qualified inbound leads through CTAs, lead magnets (e.g. free code audits), and conversion-focused pages, working with Sales to address prospects questions and objections.
Improve live pages through A/B tests and heatmap reviews to increase engagement and conversions.
Interview engineers and turn real project experience into case studies and clear, business-focused content.
Track GA4, Search Console, and CRM data, and report monthly on traffic, rankings, AI visibility, and leads.

Proven ability to turn a short brief into a complete, well-structured web page.
Hands-on SEO experience with measurable results in organic traffic, rankings, or leads.
Strong grasp of landing page structure and conversion copywriting: which sections a B2B service page needs, in what order, and why. Content wireframing experience is a plus.
Understanding of how AI search engines select and cite sources (GEO).
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
Comfortable with technical topics; familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code) is a plus.
Experience at a software outsourcing, IT services, or SaaS company is a strong plus.
