Together We Can Make A Significant Impact

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and measurement, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping products.

Be Part of Our Success

Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation
Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements, facilitate retrospectives
Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement.
Create psychologically safe environments for learning and collaboration
Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment; navigate complex organizational dynamics
