What The Role Is

Singapore is one of the world's leading air hubs, connecting passengers and cargo to destinations across the region and beyond. The air hub supports tourism, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics and many other sectors, while strengthening Singapore's position as a base for companies serving regional and global markets. At CAAS, our vision is to be a leader in civil aviation and a city connecting the world. Our mission is to grow a safe, vibrant air hub and civil aviation system that contributes to Singapore's success.

Ground handlers and cargo terminal operators keep the air hub running. Their passenger, baggage, ramp, catering and cargo services enable safe, timely aircraft turnarounds and the smooth movement of passengers and cargo through Changi. With Terminal 5 and the adjacent Changi East Industrial Zone set to add new capacity from the mid-2030s, the sector has an exciting opportunity to transform its operations, raise productivity and create quality jobs.

Join the Sector Development Section in CAAS Aviation Industry Division and help shape the future of Singapore's ground and cargo handling sector. You will manage a portfolio of companies, build strong industry partnerships, and develop a deep understanding of their priorities, operational challenges and growth opportunities.

You will support these companies in their growth and transformation, while working with industry and government stakeholders to advance sector-wide development. Through these efforts, you will help build a more productive, sustainable and future-ready sector that supports the continued growth of Singapore's air hub.

If you are ready to make an impact on Singapore's air hub, we invite you to read on and apply.
