About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded Solution Implementation Specialist to support the deployment, configuration, implementation, and technical operation of POS and retail technology solutions for customers.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and senior technical specialists to support system deployment, hardware configuration, third-party integrations, troubleshooting, client training, product demonstrations, and go-live activities.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are interested in developing a career in IT implementation, technical support, POS systems, and retail technology.

Key Responsibilities

System Deployment & Configuration

Assist in deploying and configuring POS and retail technology solutions for new and existing clients under supervision.
Perform guided remote and onsite system setup.
Support basic menu configuration, user account setup, and receipt configuration.
Assist with go-live activities and verify system readiness before client handover.

Hardware Setup & Installation

Set up and configure hardware required for POS system operations.
Assist with local hardware delivery and onsite installation.
Configure and test hardware to ensure proper system functionality.
Dismantle, reconfigure, or replace hardware when required.

Third-Party Integration

Assist in setting up standard third-party integrations, including food delivery platforms and payment terminal protocols.
Support integration testing and identify technical issues.
Escalate unresolved integration issues to the Team Leader or senior technical specialist.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Handle low-complexity technical support cases within agreed SLA timelines.
Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting support under guidance.
Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base materials.
Prepare post-deployment handover notes.
Escalate unresolved issues or cases exceeding SLA thresholds with a clear summary of troubleshooting steps and current status.

Client Training

Assist in conducting system training sessions for end users.
Prepare training recordings and materials when required.
Collect feedback from clients after training and go-live.
Communicate customer feedback to the Team Leader or Project Manager.
Update project trackers with task status, outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Product Demos & Proof of Concept

Assist with product demonstration preparation.
Prepare hardware and pre-load systems for demonstrations.
Support the setup of Proof of Concept (POC) environments.
Prepare test data, hardware, and configured workflows as required.

Go-Live & Onsite Support

Provide onsite or online standby support during customer go-live events.
Assist senior specialists and Team Leaders in resolving technical issues during launch periods.
Support customers during critical deployment windows to ensure smooth system operation.

Specialized Deployment Support

Assist with specialized mall deployments.
Perform basic POS system checks and version verification under supervision.
Support other technical implementation activities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in IT support, system implementation, technical operations, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge and strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience with POS systems, retail technology, or F&B technology is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of IT systems and software implementation.
Hands-on experience with hardware configuration is an advantage.
Familiarity with printers, POS terminals, network devices, or similar hardware is preferred.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Interest in learning POS, retail management, and digital technology solutions.

Willingness to travel for onsite assignments within Vietnam.
Availability to support client go-live events, including evenings or weekends when required.
