Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partner Hunting: Actively identify, onboard, and develop local Pro-AV system integrators (SIs), IT value-added resellers, advertising engineering contractors, and event rental partners across Vietnam.

Project Hunting & Deal Closing: Hunt and convert high-value commercial and government project leads, focusing on command & control centers, outdoor DOOH billboards, corporate boardrooms, retail flagships, and hospitality venues.

Spec-in & Bidding Support: Coordinate closely with HQ pre-sales technical teams to present tailored Unilumin LED solutions, get technical specifications locked into tender documents, and prepare commercial bids.

Order Execution & Cash Collection: Drive the full project lifecycle from quotation to contract signing, track shipping milestones, and take direct responsibility for payment collection and invoice management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1–3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience in Vietnam (background in commercial LED screens, Pro-AV, video walls, digital signage, IT infrastructure, or commercial lighting is preferred).

Industry Network: Existing connections or working familiarity with local AV/IT system integrators, general contractors, DOOH media owners, or enterprise end-users.

Languages: Fluent language skill for local market customer engagement; workable professional English for internal communication with HQ (proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage).

Core Competencies: Proactive hunter mindset, self-motivated, strong commercial negotiation ability, and comfortable with frequent local customer visits and domestic travel.

Sales Specialist
