Role Overview

This role is the financial-knowledge face of the brand, and the owner of the Education channel's growth strategy end to end, not just a content producer working off a fixed calendar. We need someone who understands financial markets deeply enough to host real conversations, and who thinks like a brand and growth owner: what direction should this channel take to grow, not just what to film today.

This person will also lead the KOL network and manage a small production team

Key Responsibilities

Educational Content Production
Plan and host AMA, podcast, and livestream series on financial markets (macro, forex, gold, indices)
Prepare content/questions ahead of each session, ensuring real depth, not surface-level talk
Represent the brand at online/offline events, product announcement videos
Stay updated on financial content trends and competitor creator activity to inform strategy
Financial Educators & KOLs Management
Build and manage a network of financial educators, analysts, and influencers (in-house, external network, guest experts); Always look for and onboard suitable KOLs, fostering strong relationships
Directly manage KOL relationships: content briefing, rate negotiation, agreement terms, and delivery timelines
Set selection criteria, build content guidelines, QC all co-produced content before publishing, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment and compliance
Serve as the main point of contact for educator/creator partners: coordinating schedules, resources, and feedback
Track and report creator/campaign performance: views, engagement, and leads routed to IB where applicable
Channel Growth & Strategy
Own the Education channel's growth strategy from the ground up: define content pillars, cadence, and formats that drive real growth, not just maintenance
Leverage the KOL network and IB co-content opportunities to amplify Education content beyond the owned channel, not relying on organic reach alone
Set growth targets by stage, and propose the right tactics for each stage of channel size
Brand Direction
Define tone of voice and positioning for each Education content series, consistent with STARTRADER's overall brand voice
Ensure all Education content reinforces the brand image STARTRADER wants to build (credible, education-first, never sensationalized)
Make branding decisions for new series (naming, visual direction, positioning against other financial content on the market)
Team Coordination
Set the overall Education + Production strategy for the brand
Coordinate with the Social Media team to keep Education content aligned with the broader content calendar

Requirement

3+ years of experience in the financial industry (forex, equities, investment), with a real understanding of macroeconomics, not just news-following
Hands-on experience running livestream/podcast production independently, not just appearing on camera with a crew handling everything behind the scenes
Has personally built a content/media channel from scratch before (YouTube, podcast, or an internal company channel), with real growth numbers to show, not just did content work
Has real branding decision-making experience, for example repositioning a product or series, not just executing someone else's brief
Comfortable and natural on camera/mic, with sample work available to review
English proficient enough to read international financial materials

Nice-to-have

A good existing network within the CFD/trading industry (a strong bonus, not required) - connections with traders, analysts, brokers, or industry communities that can be tapped for guest experts, partnerships, or credibility. A strong network can directly accelerate the KOL Management and guest-expert sourcing work in this role, faster access to credible guests for AMA/podcast series, and potential co-marketing opportunities within the trading community.
Prior experience working at a broker or financial company
Experience managing a small team
