How You'll Make an Impact

The Partnership team drives volume, revenue, and market share through chain and platform relationships across Vietnam. This role is our execution presence in the North: you take newly signed partners from contract to a network that is actually producing, and you keep them producing. You are the person the partner's regional manager calls, and the person who knows which of their locations has stopped submitting applications and why.

You thrive here if you are deliberate before you move and fast once you decide. You would rather spend a morning in three stores than an afternoon reading a dashboard about them, and you come back with a specific fix rather than a general observation. You handle detail without losing the commercial picture, and you close the loop on reconciliation and partner payouts without needing to be chased.

What You'll Do

Partner Rollout

Own the deployment of newly signed partners in the North end-to-end — from contract to store-level or platform-level go-live — on time, at quality, and in compliance.
Prepare partner-facing materials: capability decks, cooperation proposals, commercial models, and process documentation.

Activation & Field Execution

Train partner staff on EVO products and the application process; verify execution quality in the field after training rather than assuming it.
Travel regularly across Hanoi and northern provinces to check active status, merchandising condition, and resolve issues on site.

Performance Management

Track performance by partner and by location — applications, cards issued, cards activated, EVO Money disbursed — and act on locations that go quiet rather than reporting them.
Produce regular performance reviews for partners and internal stakeholders that lead with the recommended action.

Operations & Coordination

Work with Operations and Reconciliation to close reconciliation cycles, process partner incentive payouts on time, and resolve disputes.
Coordinate with Risk, Product, and Customer Service to handle escalations and prevent fraud at partner level.
Maintain contracts, addenda, and meeting records for assigned accounts.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

Minimum 3 years in partnership, key account management, sales operations, or trade marketing — retail chain, consumer finance, or POS-channel background preferred.
University degree or above in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Currently based in Hanoi and willing to travel across northern provinces.
Startup or tech-adjacent background is a strong plus.

How You Work

You use AI as a real work tool — to prepare partner reviews, analyse location-level performance, and draft partner communication faster — and check its output before it goes out.
You take initiative before being directed: when a location's volume drops, you find out why and propose the fix rather than escalating the observation.
You connect knowledge across functions — what Operations needs for reconciliation, what Risk is watching, what a store manager can realistically do during a shift.
You invest in raising your own bar rather than repeating last quarter's approach.

Skills & Competencies

Business Owner — Takes full accountability for assigned partners from rollout to sustained output; owns results, not tasks.
Relationship Manager — Builds working trust at both head-office and location level; partner satisfaction and active rate are tracked outcomes.
Domain Expert — Builds real fluency in EVO products, POS channel dynamics, and chain retail operations.
AI Operator — Uses AI to handle a wider account load than the role would otherwise allow.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required).
High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
