Trusting Social is an AI Fintech pioneer that's revolutionizing credit access in emerging markets. Our mission is Advancing AI to Meet the Financial Needs of Everyday Consumers with Empathy. We've assessed over 1 billion consumers across four countries, and we're on a mission to provide 100 million credit lines using the power of AI and Big Data.

How You'll Make an Impact

EVO is Trusting Social's consumer-facing brand, built to bring credit access to underserved consumers across Southeast Asia. As Brand Executive, you are the person who carries EVO's brand into every place a consumer meets it — campaign work, owned channels, the POS network, and partner co-branding. This is a brand-building role, not a production desk: you help shape how EVO is positioned and messaged, then hold that line across every touchpoint, including the ones nobody else is watching.

You thrive here if you are self-directed and comfortable holding many workstreams at once without dropping any of them. You do not wait for a task list — you look at where the brand is weak, propose what to do about it, and start. You brief agencies precisely enough that the first round comes back usable, you catch a broken layout before it goes to print, and you use AI to compress the distance between an idea and a first draft instead of waiting in a queue. You raise quality problems early rather than absorbing them quietly.

What You'll Do

Brand Building & Consistency

Support the development of EVO's positioning, messaging architecture, and tone of voice, and translate them into practical guidance the wider team can actually apply.
Act as the standard-bearer for brand consistency across every touchpoint — campaigns, owned channels, POS, partner surfaces — and challenge work that drifts, wherever it comes from.
Own the EVO brand asset system: guidelines, templates, image library, and version control, so teams across Growth and Partnership can move fast without going off-brand.

Campaign & Content Execution

Execute EVO's monthly and quarterly brand plan end-to-end — briefing, agency and freelancer management, production timelines, and final quality control on every asset that ships.
Produce and adapt content for EVO's owned channels — fanpage, website, landing pages, sales collateral, short-form video scripts — and maintain the publishing calendar.

Brand Presence at POS

Work with the Partnership Acquisition team to produce and distribute POSM across the POS network — standees, shelf materials, stickers, leaflets, uniforms, signage.
Track POSM coverage and display quality at active POS; treat merchandising condition in the field as a measured outcome, not a shipping confirmation.

Campaign & Partner Support

Support integrated campaign rollouts, product launches, and co-branded promotions with chain and platform partners, coordinating across Growth, Product, and Partnership.
Ensure all consumer-facing communication meets regulatory requirements for credit products before it goes live.

Performance & AI-Augmented Operations

Report on brand performance monthly — reach, engagement, brand consistency across channels, production cost, delivery against plan — leading with what to change next, not a numbers dump.
Apply AI tools to accelerate content drafting, asset adaptation, and reporting, evaluating outputs critically before they leave your desk.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

Minimum 3 years in brand marketing, with real brand-building exposure — positioning, messaging, and brand consistency work, not production or performance marketing alone.
Proven ability to run many workstreams in parallel with minimal supervision, and to keep quality steady across all of them.
Hands-on experience running the agency workflow end-to-end: writing briefs, giving feedback, approving artwork, managing production.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fintech, banking, or retail background is a strong plus.

How You Work

You are self-directed: you identify what the brand needs before anyone assigns it, propose the approach, and start moving.
You use AI tools actively — crafting clear prompts, evaluating outputs critically, and applying them to expand what you can produce, not just to automate routine tasks.
You connect brand intent to commercial reality — you understand what a POS sales team needs at the counter and what a platform partner needs on a landing page.
You hold your own quality bar: you check the file before it prints, and you raise the standard each cycle rather than repeating last month's output.

Skills & Competencies

Business Owner — Takes full accountability for the brand work in scope, from positioning input to field execution; owns the outcome, not the task list.
Domain Expert — Strong enough craft judgment to brief, challenge, and elevate agency work rather than passing it through.
AI Operator — Uses AI as part of the daily production workflow and knows where its output needs human correction.
Working knowledge of design and production tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) sufficient to build drafts and pre-flight files.
Strong Vietnamese copywriting skills; strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required).
High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
