What You'll Do

The overview of the role with its primary function is to be responsible for developing and managing the PDSS business in Viet Nam through driving and supporting the channels and also exploring, identifying, and leading new opportunities developing new channels and customers to grow the business.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Vietnam utility market.
Identify and prioritize key accounts and growth opportunities.
Drive sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.

Customer Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, government agencies, EPCs, and consultants.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions.

Market Development

Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Provide insights to internal teams to adapt offerings to local needs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical support teams.
Provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
Ensure smooth handover to project delivery and after-sales support teams.

Reporting & Forecasting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant professional experience in the electrical or power industry.
Solid knowledge of electrical products and solutions, particularly within power transmission and distribution networks.
Ability to apply technical expertise to support business, operational, or customer needs.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in dynamic and challenging environments.
Strong communication skills, with a commitment to clear, transparent, and timely updates and reporting.
Strategic thinker with creativity and a problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrates initiative, leadership potential, and enthusiasm for exploring new business opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
