Job Description:
Know-how Expert:
- Have the background in Digital Creative Agency.
- Have a strong understanding about Advertising or Brand Communication is a must.
- Have knowledge and understand well about Digital Media (especially Programmatic/ Adnetwork). (optional)
- Understand and analyze clients brief.
- Understand about client and agency way of working.
Business-driven:
- Good sense of hospitality and client service.
- Good sense of potential clients and relationship building.
- Know how to do project P&L and measure results effectively.
- Arrange meetings with clients/agencies.
- Build & maintain good relationships with existing clients and explore new business from potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare media plan/ proposal/ quotation to clients.
- Develop or work with a team to develop a project plan in consultation with other teams to specify detailed action timeline, checklists, PIC and other resources allocation required.
- Ensure implementation of project compliant to standard working process of company.
- Ensure completion of projects as committed to clients.
Requirements:
- Have 03-year experience in Digital Creative Agency - leading Digital IMC project.
- Have 02-year hands-on experience in digital media. (optional)
- Good at English speaking and presentation.
- Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles.
- Required skills: Presentation & persuasion & People management.
- Project management & customer services mindset.
- Helpful, Result-oriented, Responsible.
