To optimize operational efficiency, we are seeking an Internal ERP Systems Engineer / ERP & Integration Specialist.
Brief Description
Work closely with the company's management team to understand and capture operational management processes, then select and collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and implement the company's ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, understand, and standardize processes related to Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse operations, approval workflows, and reporting.
- Participate in fit-gap analysis, vendor evaluation, and solution reviews in collaboration with ERP vendors.
- Design and manage master data, including customers, suppliers, SKUs, units of measure (UoM), warehouses, warehouse locations, payment terms, and pricing.
- Develop and manage integrations such as e-invoicing, barcode systems, and related tools.
- Work closely with key users and vendors to minimize dependency on Excel-based processes outside the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP, business systems, enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of purchasing, sales, warehouse management, AR/AP processes
- Proficient in Excel; able to read/write basic SQL queries; experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of AI and its practical applications in supporting business operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Planning capabilities to assess and improve business systems and processes
- Knowledge of Finance and its integration with ERP systems to enhance financial operations
- A working knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in relevant software tools (Odoo, Microsoft Business Central, FAST, MISA/AMIS, BRAVO, or similar ERP systems.)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- Prior experience in ERP implementation or business systems management is a plus
