Job Description:

Project Ownership & Execution: Own and drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional growth projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor program performance, including pitching pipeline, seller performance, and key KPIs to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
Data-driven Insights: Generate actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and drive seller growth.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Align expectations and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Reporting & Presentation: Develop and deliver reports, business reviews, and proposals to effectively communicate performance and strategic recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, BI, Product and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution of strategic growth initiatives

Requirements:

Must have:

3-4 years of professional experience with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion
Strong analytical mindset with solid quantitative skills, capable of structuring, interpreting data, and generating actionable insights
Proactive and reliable team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations
Excellent communication skills, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Previous e-commerce knowledge is preferable
You will work on high-priority topics that have a significant impact on the organ
