Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated content for cultural accuracy, sensitivity, and appropriateness
Identify material that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, or likely to cause offence
Provide regional context and suggest culturally relevant alternatives
Evaluate whether translations and localizations feel natural to a native audience
Work across diverse content types including text, images, and recommendations
Submit structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Deep, firsthand familiarity with the culture, customs, and social norms of your region
Able to identify cultural nuances and missteps that outsiders would likely overlook
Strong written communication skills — you can clearly explain your reasoning
Open-minded, thoughtful, and consistent in your evaluations
No academic background in cultural studies required — lived experience is what counts
No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

Experience in translation, localization, journalism, or content moderation
Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
Knowledge of regional cultural variations within your country or language group
