In short

Color and Material Management will ensure the right color & material of On Apparel by building and maintaining processes, platforms & training modules at On and onboarding T1 & T2 suppliers.

Your mission

Setting up a digitized color approval process with the help of data analytics and color platforms/tools.
Digitize supplier performance review on color and material development using tools like Smartsheet/ERP/PLM/Looker/Hex.
Building and maintaining a digital & physical color library.
Color lab dip evaluation of Apparel materials for color, hand feel, and quality.
Track and hand over the approved lab dip to the production quality team for bulk approval.
Review suppliers color performance and take action for continuous improvement.
Partner with the color and material team based in Switzerland

Your story

2-3 years of relevant work experience in color (textile preferred).
Familiar with the DataColor spectrophotometer.
Knowledge of textile material, color theory, and lab testing (preferred, not mandatory).
Must be driven & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
User proficiency in Excel/Power BI, Smartsheet, PLM, and data visualization tools.
Highly organized – able to deal with multiple activities and meetings with suppliers & factories.
Good spoken & written English.
