Responsibilities

Strong collaboration with PO and development team to help define business problems/requirements
Take main responsibility to develop business requirements documents BRD, SRS, URD, etc.
Communicate with stakeholders to clarify product requirements and quality.
Report common sources of technical problems or questions and make recommendations to the product team
Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the glossary, share ideas and findings
Support users to use the product and troubleshoot when there is a problem
Communicate and support project members to clarify business requirements to meet and coordinate with related teams such as Dev, Tester, etc.
Demo to PO/Stackholders about new features after each sprint
Perform tasks assigned by the direct manager

Qualifications

Have at least 1 year of experience in BA
Experience in data analysis to draw business-appropriate conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Basic knowledge in creating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Good product thinking, logical thinking, flexibility, agility, work under pressure
