DESCRIPTON:

Leasing & Revenue

• Build and execute leasing strategy for retail and office space (incl. co-working/serviced office).

• Plan the retail tenant mix; acquire new tenants and retain existing ones.

• Negotiate rent and contract terms (base/turnover rent, service charge, fit-out & rent-free incentives).

• Ensure occupancy and rental revenue meet company targets.

Contract & Tenant Management

• Prepare and control leasing contracts; manage expiry, renewal and termination.

• Handle tenant requests and complaints; maintain long-term relationships.

• Coordinate with legal, accounting, operation and marketing teams.

Market & Reporting

• Analyse retail/office market rents, new supply and competitors.

• Prepare revenue, occupancy and forecast reports; propose pricing and incentive policies.

• Manage Leasing Executives and the agent/broker channel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years in Leasing / Sales / Property Management, including at least 3 years leasing RETAIL and/or OFFICE buildings. Retail podium / shopping-mall experience is highly preferred; co-working / serviced office experience is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge of: retail tenant mix & turnover-rent structures; office leasing market & fit-out standards; Vietnamese real estate leasing contracts & legal regulations.

• Skills: negotiation, client & brand relationship management, revenue analysis and reporting, team leadership.

• Existing network of retail brands, F&B operators, corporate clients and agents is a strong advantage.

• Good English communication (Korean is a plus); professional appearance and attitude.

SALARY: Negotiable (from 20,000,000 – 45,000,000 VND gross)
