We are looking for a passionate Marketing Trainee (Content) who is eager to learn and develop a career in B2B Marketing. You will support the Marketing team in content planning, creation, and execution while gaining hands-on experience in content marketing and digital marketing.

Job Description

Content Creation & Production

Support the creation of content across various formats, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, website content, and video scripts.
Assist in researching industry trends, market insights, and audience interests to generate content ideas.
Utilize AI tools to support content drafting, editing, and optimization under team guidance.
Ensure content follows brand guidelines and maintains quality standards.

Content Planning Support

Assist in developing content calendars and content plans for different marketing campaigns.
Support audience and competitor research to identify relevant content opportunities.
Contribute ideas for content themes, angles, and storytelling approaches.

Content Management & Distribution

Support content publishing across channels such as social media, website, and email marketing platforms.
Assist in monitoring content performance and preparing basic reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and designers to ensure timely content delivery.

Job Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Strong interest in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and B2B Marketing.
Good writing and communication skills.
Good English proficiency.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats.
Willingness to learn and proactively take ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to Have

Experience managing personal projects, blogs, social channels, or university projects.
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation.
Understanding of inbound marketing principles.
Experience in content writing, copywriting, or content-related internships.
