Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and present BNPL solutions to decision-makers at startups and established businesses. Daily tasks include conducting market research, qualifying leads, scheduling and leading client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms in English. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions, tracking performance, and providing feedback to improve products and sales processes. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to local go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

Strong B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a fintech or technology environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain complex financial or technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
Solid relationship-building and account management capabilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer success.
Analytical and research skills to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, and to tailor solutions accordingly.
Experience working in or with startups, demonstrating adaptability, resourcefulness, and comfort in a fast-changing environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and marketing to support client onboarding and solution delivery.
High level of self-motivation, ownership, and professionalism, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) to manage sales activities and reporting.
