Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

Develop and implement the annual Marketing & Communications strategy aligned with hotel business objectives.
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, forecasts, and ROI measurement.
Ensure consistent application of Rixos, Ennismore, and Accor brand standards across all communication channels.
Position Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam as a leading luxury all-inclusive resort through integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, guest insights, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Content

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media.
Manage the hotel's website content and digital assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, community engagement, and online storytelling.
Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, lifestyle campaigns, and creative content creation.
Monitor digital performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and online advertising initiatives.

Public Relations & Media Relations

Develop and implement annual PR strategies and media engagement plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, KOLs, tourism organizations, airlines, travel partners, and government agencies.
Prepare press releases, media kits, fact sheets, executive biographies, speeches, and official statements.
Coordinate media interviews, familiarization trips (FAM trips), press visits, influencer stays, and media events.
Monitor media coverage and maintain an organized archive of press clippings and publicity reports.
Protect and enhance the hotel's reputation through proactive reputation management and crisis communication support.

Campaigns, Events & Partnerships

Plan and execute marketing campaigns supporting:

Rooms
Food & Beverage
Wellness & Spa
Entertainment
Weddings
Meetings & Events
Seasonal Promotions
Resort Experiences

Coordinate product launches, brand activations, PR events, and promotional campaigns.
Develop strategic partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, luxury brands, shopping malls, event organizers, and local businesses.
Support destination marketing initiatives that promote Phu Quoc as a luxury leisure destination.

Internal Communications

Develop internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and brand culture.
Keep employees informed of company news, campaigns, achievements, and events.
Coordinate internal newsletters, announcements, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the People & Culture Department.

Brand Standards & Creative Management

Ensure all marketing collateral complies with brand identity guidelines.
Maintain an up-to-date image library, video library, brand assets, and creative materials.
Oversee production of brochures, promotional materials, presentations, signage, digital screens, and advertising creatives.
Review all marketing materials before publication to ensure consistency and quality.

Budget & Performance Management

Prepare annual marketing budgets and monitor expenditure.
Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis.
Produce regular marketing performance reports for Hotel Management and Regional Marketing.
Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and market trends.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the Marketing & PR team.
Establish departmental objectives and performance standards.
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
Foster creativity, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
Master's Degree is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of marketing and public relations experience within an international luxury hotel, resort, or lifestyle hospitality brand.
At least 2 years in a management position.
Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or all-inclusive resorts is highly desirable.
Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
