I. About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to take overall responsibility for the operation and control of payroll, bonuses, benefits, mandatory insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and employee records.

The role will also serve as the C&B subject matter expert, providing data analysis, recommendations, and support to the HR Manager (HRM) in developing and implementing compensation, bonus, and benefits policies.

Ii. Key Responsibilities

Compensation, Bonus & Benefits
Develop and update salary structures by job level/title; analyze market and internal data to propose adjustments to compensation, bonus, and benefits policies for HRM approval.
Coordinate performance evaluation processes and consolidate results as a basis for bonus and income adjustment proposals.
Monitor policy implementation, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
Payroll & Bonus
Consolidate and reconcile payroll data, including timekeeping, leave, overtime, and personnel changes, together with bonus data.
Perform payroll and bonus calculations and ensure accurate and timely payment.
Issue payslips and respond to employee inquiries related to compensation.
Mandatory Insurance, PIT & Labor Compliance
Handle mandatory insurance activities, including Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance registration, adjustments, declarations, finalization, and benefit claims.
Handle PIT-related activities, including registration, declarations, finalization, and related procedures.
Draft and update documents and regulations related to compensation, bonuses, and employee benefits in accordance with the direction of the HRM/Board of Directors.
Prepare documents, reports, and explanations for relevant authorities.
Monitor and update changes in applicable labor laws and regulations.
Employee Records & HR Services
Draft and manage employment contracts, addenda, personnel decisions, and employee records.
Handle personnel procedures such as transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
Receive and provide initial support for employee concerns related to compensation, bonuses, and benefits; escalate complex cases to the HRM.
Propose, negotiate, and manage HR and benefits service providers within delegated authority.
Data, Reporting & Process Control
Manage and control HR and compensation data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
Perform controls based on the framework established by the HRM.
Participate in improving C&B processes and tools.
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by the HRM and CEO.

Iii. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including at least 3 years in a Specialist position.
Experience in C&B within Commercial and Manufacturing environments is a plus.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, PIT declaration/finalization, and mandatory insurance (Social Insurance / Health Insurance / Unemployment Insurance).
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, tax regulations, and HR operations.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide appropriate recommendations.
High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accuracy under recurring deadlines.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills; confident working with internal teams, government authorities, and external partners/service providers.
Proficient in Excel; experience with HRIS or data tools such as Power BI is a plus.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling personal and compensation-related information.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently without frequent supervision.
