Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager/Senior Executive, Sales, your mission is simple: win new business.

This is a 100% hunter role focused on acquiring new freight forwarding clients and expanding SEKO's customer base in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and close new freight forwarding business opportunities.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and profitability.
Manage your own sales pipeline and keep all activities updated in Salesforce (SFDC).
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to increase wallet share and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Present SEKO's full suite of logistics solutions to potential clients.
Share market insights with internal teams to sharpen our sales strategy.
Support marketing campaigns and special promotions as needed.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Over 3 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
Proven track record in air and ocean freight sales.
Strong understanding of the logistics industry and customer needs.
Experience managing a personal portfolio and thriving in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented.
Experience in pricing or customer service is a bonus.
