About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Management to drive end-to-end delivery within our product squads. Reporting to the Technical Project Management, you will be the delivery engine on the ground — owning sprint execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring engineering and product teams ship with velocity and quality.

What You'll Do

Own day-to-day delivery across one or more squads: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination
Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers — escalating to the TPM when needed
Maintain delivery artifacts: project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and milestone trackers
Partner with Engineering Leads and Product Managers to align scope, timeline, and capacity
Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and delivery metrics (cycle time, velocity, defect rate)
Support the TPM in program-level planning, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder reporting

What You Bring

5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical product or software delivery environment
Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing delivery in squad or pod structures
Strong grasp of SDLC, release management, and technical dependency mapping
Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalents)
Ability to read technical context well enough to identify risks and ask the right questions — without needing to write code
Clear, concise communicator who can flex between engineering detail and executive summary
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus
