About the Role

The APMEA ProActive Health (PAH) Project Manager, reports into the Senior Product Management Lead, PAH APMEA. This role is responsible for mobilizing and drivingend-to-end project execution across multiple functions including RD&A, RA, QA,Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial and Legal.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring project milestones are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities. This role requires strong project management capability, cross-functional leadership, structured problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Project Management - defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

. Lead systematic Problem solving for Results

. Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation

. Project manage end-to-end activities across functions ensuring executions are in accordance to plan.

. Lead cross regional / global support engagement to mobilise gap closure on areas requiring Globally aligned solutions.

. Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implications of cross dependent tasks.

. Identify gaps, risks and opportunities within the demand planning process and work with stakeholders to drive demand planning excellence across APMEA PAH business

. Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to satisfaction.

. Partner with Finance to support regular business meetings by preparing concise project, performance and financial updates and insights.

. Escalate risk as relevant to APMEA PAH leadership team & provide recommendation for a decision.

Qualifications and Competency

. Bachelors Degree or higher in any discipline. 5-7 years Project Management related experience will be an added advantage.

. Have the ability to coordinate and drive projects forward while liaising/ interacting with multiple functions stakeholders in fast pace business environment.

. Mobilize structured approach to managing project execution to minimize business disruption.

. Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and ability to deal with a level of ambiguity

. Food industry, Dietary supplement and Infant milk formula experience will be an advantage

. Good communication and writing skills in English
