Responsibilities:

Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
Conduct industry, market, and company research, including due diligence
Prepare high-quality client presentations and pitch materials
Develop and maintain financial models
Perform valuations using various methodologies
Provide administrative support throughout deal execution and general office operations
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial concepts
Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Professional, well-presented, and able to communicate effectively

Good to have:

1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships in investment banking or related fields
