FINANCE DIRECTOR

Company Overview.

We are a well-established Singapore-based integrated cleaning and facilities support services company with over 400 employees across multiple operational sites islandwide. As part of our ongoing expansion and business transformation, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Director to lead the company's financial strategy, compliance, and operational finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the overall finance and accounting functions of the company. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks. Work closely with senior management to support strategic business planning and operational efficiency. Manage audit, corporate tax, GST, payroll, and regulatory reporting processes. Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team. Monitor project profitability, manpower costing, and operational financial performance. Liaise with banks, auditors, government agencies, and external stakeholders. Support future business expansion, corporate restructuring, and potential M&A activities where required

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage. Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience. At least 2 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role such as Finance Director, Financial Controller, or equivalent. Experience in cleaning, manpower, facilities management, construction, logistics, or related operational industries will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, taxation, and corporate compliance requirements. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
