Job Description

This role plays a key part in driving growth for StarHub's Consumer Business Group by supporting full-funnel marketing campaigns and data-driven growth initiatives. We are looking for a proactive, agile, and detail-oriented team player to drive day-to-day marketing activities and assist in key campaign launches.Working closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you will be help manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensure organizational launch readiness, and run growth experiments to drive new user acquisition and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns and promotional activities across both paid and owned channels.
Develop sharp, comprehensive briefs for external agencies to create assets.
Manage the asset submission process to media agencies, ensuring all creative variants and copy are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Oversee the development of marketing materials and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure message consistency across all digital and retail touchpoints.
Assist in analysing customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to help identify new growth opportunities.
Support and run test-and-learn initiatives across creatives, messaging, offers, and user journeys to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with upcoming product launches and business priorities.
Track and monitor allocated marketing budgets to ensure accurate tracking and efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
At least 2-3 years of experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing or related fields
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Good understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys and campaign performance metrics
Commercially driven with a proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration. Must have a strong command of both written and spoken English.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
