Job Purpose

Develope the credit orientation, policies, and credit risk management framework for sectors/groups of industries/sub-segments. Promote a culture of risk management in accessing, granting credit and post-monitoring for Wholesale banking and MM/USME customers.
Ensure the implementation of risk management function in the process of customer inside and building suitable credit solutions for sectors, industries and sub-segments of Banking và wholesale and MM/USME.
Implement the role of risk management in assessing, advising on credit structure, and proposing appropriate risk mitigation measures for WB and MM/USME customers in dealteam, CST.
Implement credit risk management function in researching, proposing and building credit risk assessment tools and models, credit rating of customers in the wholesale and MM/USME (in projects/BAU operations to build models, credit solutions...)
Ensure the timely identification and appropriate and comprehensive credit risk management for the WB's customer portfolio through the building of a management database and the implementation of periodical and ad-hoc reports and More admin tools...
Organize the appraising for credit limit with the banking group.
Ensure the successful credit risk management digitalization and transformation for WB và MM/USME customers.
Ensure the system administration function for the process of appraisal, approval, loan control and credit risk management for WB và MM/USME customers.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Develope credit orientation, policies, credit risk management framework for Sector/ industry or sub-segment.
Coordinate with the Business Division (WB/BB) to develop of credit solutions for sectors/ customer groups according to the agreed plan and the progress of WB/BB .
Participate in deal teams, CST to evaluate and advise on credit structure, propose appropriate risk mitigation measures for WB MM/USME customers.
Participate in the Bank's strategic initiatives to digitize the customer experience journey; Research, propose and build credit models and solutions for corporate customers in the segment to enhance and expand growth as well as manage customer credit risk.
Manage systems for the process of appraisal, approval, post-monitoring and credit risk management for WB, MM/USME customers.

(*) Particularly for financial risk management work:

Perform appraisal, control appraisal documents of banks, ensure that the appraisal content complies with the right products, processes and regulations of the bank.
Organize the developing (and validation) of risk assessment tools, models for ranking customers in the FI and NBFI segments, building a database to meet risk assessment requirements.

Key Accountabilities (2)

Coordinate with other functions, credit risk management units, and others for operations and information synthesis and analysis.
Contribute ideas to develop related professional processes/guidelines.
Update new knowledge about modern risk management models, professional training and skills of synthesis and analysis for staffs.
Participate in activities to strengthen awareness on risk management culture.
Update knowledge on risk management according to the best practices, lessons learnt from other banks related to operational risks, communicate to stakeholders, propose necessary risk mitigation and prevention method

Participate in provide training, guidance for business units to execute policy, regulations relating to credit risk management for corporate banking segment under requirements.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Experience

Have at least 8 years of working experience in banking, finance, and at least 2 years in a similar position.
Master the principles of policy development, credit products and principles of credit risk management for WB and MM/USME customers.
Understanding of baking, large corporate customers and MM/USME, experience in customer assessment, appraisal and credit solution design.

Degree

Having a university degree or higher in relevant economic disciplines (banking and finance, foreign trade, auditing, accounting, law). Post graduate degree in economics and management is preferred.
